Yesterday I talked with someone who said, “I have been sober 190, which isn’t much.”
ISN’T MUCH???
DUDE!!! That is 190 days you couldn’t imagine 192 days ago!!
THIS IS SO HUGE!!
If you are on a sobriety journey, EVERY SINGLE DAY IS HUGE!
Please don’t ever tell yourself “it isn’t much.”
Please don’t ever downplay the immensity of what you are doing, even one hour at a time.
And I want you to know I celebrate your choice, determination, and life-altering success with you one victorious day at a time!
