Go Forth, Be Uncomforable, and Find Your People

For a long time I have heard people blame their mental “thing” for their not wanting to be around people.

Can I suggest that isolation and not actually connecting with people is part of what is causing your mental “thing”?

The fact is we were created to be social creatures, and not being social feeds mental illness.

“Well, I don’t like people.”

Maybe it isn’t “people”.
Maybe it is the people in your comfort zone.
Get out of your comfort zone, quit hanging out with those kinds people, and look for a whole new vibe set.

I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, and there are a lot of rooms I don’t enjoy being in, so you now what?
I went looking for other rooms where people drink their coffee from thermoses while watching the sun come up.

Go find your people and let your soul heal!
