What is Your Name?

That is what I heard in the early hours this morning when I rolled over in my bed.

I had fallen asleep praying about what to write today since I finished the series on family predators, and I would really like to write about something uplifting and not so heavy. I awoke at one point to the simple question:

“What is your name?”

This morning I opened my laptop and was ready to write a glorious post on the power of a name, and I have three simple sentences:

Your name isn’t what people call you.
Your name is what you live into.
What is your name?

I’ll let you think about that over the weekend, and let’s talk about it next week.

Have a blessed weekend!
